Echeveria laui forms a perfectly symmetrical, solitary rosette. The structure is tight and compact, with a classic, rounded form that is incredibly pleasing to the eye. The leaves are spatula-shaped (spoon-shaped) and notably plump and rounded at the tips. They are very thick and fleshy, giving the entire rosette a soft, substantial, and chunky look. The underlying leaf color is a pale blue-green or grey-green. This coating is a pure, satin-white or pale pinkish-white, giving the entire plant a soft, dreamy, pastel appearance.
