Echeveria White Dumpling forms a very tight, plump, and symmetrical rosette that truly resembles a "dumpling." The rosette is stemless or has an extremely short stem, sitting directly on the soil, giving it a compact, chubby appearance. The leaves are notably thick, rounded, and very chunky. They are shaped like little, fat spoons or paddles with a broad, rounded tip. The underlying color of the leaf is a soft, pale blue-green or mint green. White Dumpling is known for its thick, opaque coating of farina (a powdery, epicuticular wax). This coating is a bright, pure white, which gives the plant its "White" namesake. The combination of the pale green base and the white powder often results in a beautiful pastel seafoam green or minty white overall color.
