Echeveria Snowy Stars forms a delicate, loose rosette composed of many small, pointed leaves. The structure is less about a tight, geometric form and more about creating a sprawling, starry cluster, often producing numerous offsets to form a dense, low-growing mat or a small, branching shrublet. The leaves are small, slender, and elongated with a sharp, delicate point, contributing to the "Stars" part of its name. They are not chunky but are slightly fleshy. The underlying leaf color is a pale blue-green or mint green. This coating is a bright, pure white, which gives the plant its overall frosty white, icy blue, or pale pink or red appearance.
